Our Studio

The Southbury Academy of Karate & Fitness is one of the most recognized martial arts academies in the country. It is our pleasure to assist and direct you on your journey to improved fitness, health, focus & clarity. Welcome to the beginning of a wonderful journey!

Our studio is located in the suburban hills of Southbury , CT, just off I-84, between Danbury and Waterbury.  We boast of a bright 30X40’ training floor with large overhead doors to access the outdoors in good weather, 2 changing rooms, two rest rooms, a study room and a conference room. There is ample lighted parking.  Communication between our staff and SAK families is handled via e-mail, a monthly and reminder newsletters, our studio bulletin board, pre-post class announcements, and by phone. Questions and concerns may be appropriately direct to an instructor, M. Becker or a member of our Advisory Council.
